We are looking for an Customer Service / Service Coordinator to join our team in Sudbury, ON. Reporting to the Branch Manager, this role is responsible for managing the day-to-day operations and ensuring all branch business operations are successful in the areas of Customer Service/Inside Sales, Rigging, Warehouse operations, and Inspections. This role also ensures the health and safety of all branch employees and customers.

Principle Responsibilities

• Plans, directs and coordinates employees, preparing work schedules and assigning specific tasks

• Monitors the functional teams to ensure the provision of effective and efficient services within budget
• Builds and develops the branch team
• Motivates employees and maintains a positive environment in the branch, through demonstrated dedication to company values and policies
• Provides continuous leadership, coaching, goal setting, and planning
• Performs all work tasks with a focus on safety while focusing on continuous improvement
• Maintains a clean and organized branch including scheduling general maintenance, repairs, and calibration of all equipment

Required knowledge and training

• A university/college degree preferably in Business Management or a related discipline, or a combination of a high school diploma and relevant work experience
• Previous management experience
• Previous experience in the related industry preferred
• Strong computer skills including Microsoft Office programs (Outlook, Word and Excel)
• Strong leadership skills
• Ability to work under pressure and in a fast-paced environment
• Strong attention to detail
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Strong communication skills
• Legally entitled to work in Canada
