Customer Service Representatives Bilingual: English/Spanish

Job Type: Full-time, In office

Salary: CAD $18.00 or based on experience

Job Responsibilities:

· Managing all ranges of level of interaction with customers via phone, email, live chat, and other communication channels.

· Consult customers by telephone and via email to provide information on: order status, shipping inquiries, products, pricing and availability

· Engage with in a friendly and professional manner while actively listening and recording their concerns, following best practices like valuing customers' time, having a pleasant 'client-first' attitude, and providing knowledgeable and resourceful resources.

· Identify customers’ needs, clarify information, research every issue and provide solutions taking things a step further to exceed — rather than just meet — expectations.

· De-escalate situations involving dissatisfied customers, by offering assistance and support to find the best resolution to satisfy customers

· Provide follow up on customer inquiries

· Keep record and update customers information within company database

· Knowledge of company's products and services

· Knowledge and ability to meet company standards for calls in areas such as quality, volume, and accuracy

· Deliver an exceptional customer service

· Other duties might be assigned

Required Qualifications/Skills

· Familiarity with CRM systems and practices

· Must have exceptional grammar and typing accuracy

· Excellent listening and interpersonal skills

· Knowledge of conflict-resolution techniques

· Excellent communication and presentation skills (written and verbal)

· Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel

· Phone skills, including familiarity with complex or multi-line phone systems

· Ability to be flexible, multitask and learn in a fast-paced environment

· Solutions mindset, helping nature, passion for customer experience

· Ability to speak and write in required languages

· Must have legal employment authorization

Education and Experience Requirements

· College degree is a plus

· Minimum 1 year of Call Center experience

· 1 year of experience in data entry

· Call Center certification is a plus
