McKee-Pownall Equine Services is an Equine veterinary practice with three locations surrounding the GTA. We are currently seeking a bright, friendly and flexible individual to join our Customer Service Team on a full time basis (Monday-Friday, daytime) at our Campbellville location.
We offer a fun, focused work environment, complete with a great group of people who are supportive, helpful and goal-oriented.
As the first point of contact for our clients, the Customer Service Representative is a key member of our team. You will be responsible for answering telephones, scheduling veterinary appointments, and providing other administrative assistance in a fast-paced Customer Service-focused setting. You are the type of person who is organized, great at finding solutions and gets things done!
Customer service experience and computer skills are essential for this role. Horse knowledge and experience would be an asset – please highlight your experience in these areas in your resume and cover letter, along with your anticipated wage.
