Customer Service Representative – Bold Center (part-time permanent)

Purpose of the position

The position will (but not limited to):

• Meet, greet, and direct visitors either personally or by telephone.
• Actively promote services, programs, and amenities.
• Support department administration.
• Promote safety initiatives/measures to ensure public safety.

Position details

• Salary range is: $20.72 to $30.03 hourly
• Part-time permanent position
• Hours: Based on a 16-hour workweek. The shifts will be Friday, Saturday, Sunday & Monday night, Front Desk shift (2:45pm-11:15pm) every other weekend.
• Comprehensive benefits package, which includes:
• Pro-rated Health and Dental, Disability, Life Insurance, Employee Assistance Program - of which the County pays 100% of the premiums.
• Participation in our Local Authorities Pension Plan
