About the Role

Based out of our Vaughan office, the Inside Customer Onboarding Coordinator will assist in on-boarding new and existing customers on to Chemsyn’s exclusive service programs. The ideal candidate will have experience in coordinating customer expectations with internal resources to create an excellent first impression and customer experience. The successful candidate must be able to manage priorities to meet customer deadlines while maintaining a high level of professionalism and customer service. They will also be responsible in building and maintaining a positive relationship with customers and internal resources.

You will use your experience to:

· Maintain the relationship with clients

· Provide excellent customer service

· Fulfilling work satisfying customer expectations in a way that also complies with best practices and company policies

· Demonstrating empathy to customers concerns through multiple channels which may include email and telephony.

· Coordinate customer expectations with internal resources

· Understand customer needs and requirements

· Create, present and execute customer agreements

· Develop presentations related to customer requirements and sales opportunities.

What qualifications do I require?

· College Diploma or University Degree in Business OR related program OR equivalent years of Sales Experience

· Minimum of 2 years of experience in B2B sales / customer service

· Proficient with CRM and Microsoft Office 365

· Strong work ethic and positive attitude

· Experience in working in a sales and service environment

· Customer service skills, strong oral, written communication and trouble shooting skills

· Able to prioritize and manage a busy workload

· Must be able to work independently as well as be a team player

· Conscientious, detail oriented, excellent organizational and time-management skills

· Bilingual in English and French, an asset

Job Type: Permanent

Salary: $40,000.00-$45,000.00 per year
