What’s the job?
We are looking for a full-time Creative Director who will focus on helping the team create different theme ideas, conceptualize design, produce guides and presentation and project visualization for the creative team all the while executing these plans until completion. The successful candidate will be reporting directly to the Director of Operations.
Overview of Main Responsibilities:
- The Director or Marketing will develop and deliver thought leadership and creative solutions in service to the client’s brand
- Collaborate cross-functionally to meet business goals and ensure designs implemented align with the brand’s initiatives. Leverage strategy, analytics, and consumer insights.
- Lead overall brand aesthetic direction across all channels including ecommerce, product listing, copywriting, digital and more.
- Execution of creative campaigns that support ecommerce and marketing initiatives and communicate the creative strategy of the brand.
- Lead creatives team on asset creation, responsible for all design and creative projects deliverables/timelines
- Full supervision of the creative team, including documentation and responsibility for schedules and budgets.
- Manage a team of designers and writers; help prioritize their work and lead the team from project starts to completion.
- Identify opportunities to improve workflow and processes.
Qualifications:
- Experience in ecommerce SEO for a minimum of 3 years.
- Robust creative design experience for products
- Ability to act as a leader in a fast moving, changing, cross-functional, cross-continent team-based environment
- Ability to adapt and work outside of standard working hours for cross-continent calls and meetings
- Deep understanding of customer experience, brand management, marketing, advertising, copywriting, storytelling and e-commerce product listings.
- Highly organized with demonstrated project management skills. Able to juggle multiple, and sometimes, conflicting priorities and needs
- Experience in Amazon Marketplace, A+ Contents, Posts is a plus
- Knows how to optimize content for various digital platforms
- Has a sharp eye for design with an elevated design aesthetic
- Ensures quality control with a quick turnaround
- Stays current on competitive landscape, including e-commerce, email marketing and social campaigns
- High proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe InDesign and Bridge
Is it remote and what are the hours like?
This position is 100% remote but must be able to work on EST hours (9am-5pm).
What’s the pay?
The compensation is commensurate and negotiable based on experience.
