Oakridge Couples Counsellor Virtual

We are looking for candidates that have graduated from a masters Level Counselling program from an accredited university in Canada. All applicants must have at least 2 years experience counselling couples to apply. Please include a cover letter clearly outlining your experience counselling couple. Applications without this will be deleted.

Candidates must be excellent communicators and consistently respond to client inquiries promptly and professionally. They must be able to work independently and regularily offer evening hours and other appointment times suitable for couples seeking counselling. Familiarity with Zoom an absolute must. Familiarity with the Jane App or similiar client management software would be ideal but not mandatory.

Oakridge Counselling offers a competitive per session, fee split within a one year renewable contract. An excellent team culture with support, encouragement and several marketing advantages. As an Independent Contractor (IC) the successful candidate will set their own hours and sessions fees, within a range suggested by OC. There is room and encouragement for program development and career advancement.

All applicants MUST include a COVER LETTER outlining their experience counselling couples. Candidates MUST have a Masters Degree in Counselling, be registered with a regulatory body, and have liability insurance, have at least 2 years of couples counselling expereince and be able to work independently. Part-time hours: 10-20 per week

Salary: $80.00-$95.00 per hour
