Desired Qualifications/Skills/Requirements: The ideal candidate would possess the following background, philosophy, and experience.

• Bachelor of Social Work, Psychology, or similar education background.
• Previous experience is an asset.
• The successful candidate will work with teachers and students to assess and enhance executive function skills.
• The incumbent will provide training and support teachers for students with social and emotional development, anxiety, and instruction approaches to build student resilience and independence.
• The incumbent will be able to work in collaboration with partner agencies, Autism Society of Wood Buffalo, the Fort McMurray Catholic School Division, and the Canadian Mental Health Association Wood Buffalo.
• The successful candidate will be able to support classroom teachers with strategies in regards to supporting executive functioning skill development for students from ECDP - Grade 12, including students with neuro-diverse capabilities.
• Participate in strong collaboration with the division team and community partners.
• Effective communication with stakeholders is required.
