THE OPPORTUNITY
Aritzia is growing, and our People Communications team is growing with it. This is a unique opportunity to be part of the team responsible for delivering dynamic internal communications and engagement strategies to drive the enrolment of our internal initiatives and programs. As the Manager, People Communications, you will play a pivotal role in proactive communications planning and managing our internal communications platforms. THE ROLE
As the Manager, People Communications, you will:
  • Support with establishing Aritzia’s communications strategy and elevate communications across all internal audiences.
  • Proactively develop and deliver Everyday Luxury through each communication touch point, including the coordination, architecture and composure of messaging for internal audiences.
  • Manage internal communication platforms and lead the enhancement of Aritzia’s digital workplace strategy.
  • Support the function of high-quality internal communications and ensure organizational consistency.
THE QUALIFICATIONS
The Manager, People Communications has:
  • Proven skills, education, and/or applicable certifications in strategic communications planning and writing.
  • A working understanding of digital internal communications platforms (intranets, email marketing, content management systems, etc.) and best practices.
  • A commitment to learn and apply Aritzia's Values, Business and People Leadership principles.
  • The ability to collaborate fluently with cross-functional partners.
  • A commitment to quality and investing in results that add value to the business.
