Our Infrastructure and Security team is looking for a Cloud Applications Administrator. Reporting to the Manager, Technical Infrastructure, you’ll provide operational and project support for Integration, Application and Web server products for development and production environments.

What you’ll do:

• Responsible for the technical design and documentation.
• Provide project-based support related to Cloud, Windows platform, and Unix environments. This also includes day to day operational support for infrastructure managed by Server Application team.
• Manage Cloud and other key infrastructure to ensure it is kept secured and have better redundancy. Providing on call services for after-hours high priority incidents.
• Mentor other team members in the design and build of various solutions.
• Analyze and troubleshoot complex problems (Windows Server and VMware).
• Responsible for troubleshooting, administration, and implementation of platforms such as Microsoft Exchange and Microsoft Azure Infrastructure Solutions for Enterprise.
• Participate in designing, building, and/or enhancing Cloud solutions based on Microsoft Azure with migration experience.
• Effectively manage multiple projects/tasks of varying complexities, meeting deadlines, and working well under pressure, along with proven analytical and creative problem-solving abilities.
• Participate in research and evaluation of new technologies as specified in IT objectives.
• Consider security policies, vulnerabilities, and implications to manage risk in Middleware technologies.
• Provide off-hour support as required beyond the normal 5-week cycle. Some evening and weekend implementation tasks will be required.
• Work with other Corporate IT teams such as Corporate Infrastructure, Corporate Applications Support and Maintenance as well as any project tasks for Corporate Applications Solutions and Implementation.

What we’re looking for:

• Minimum 5+ Years of Professional experience in Azure & Office 365 backend administration (not just provisioning accounts).
• Must have extensive experience with Microsoft Azure, O365 products, ADFS, MFA (Conditional access setup) and Azure Active Directory Connect (On Premises to Azure Active Directory).
• Extensive knowledge of Microsoft Azure Server Management, Azure Database Administration, and Azure Security Center.
• Expert-level knowledge and experience in Microsoft Exchange Hybrid configurations and experience with Office 365 and Azure IAAS.
• Microsoft Intune experience. Understating of Google Cloud (GCP) and AWS will be an asset.
• An in depth understanding of Active Directory Infrastructure, Clustering services, Windows Security, and other Microsoft infrastructure services.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, and ability to communicate complex ideas to a variety of audiences.
• Superior organization skills and a strong attention to detail.
• A solid understanding of LAN and WAN networking. A solid understanding of UNIX and/or Linux system administration is an asset.
• Experience with SCCM will be an asset.
• A strong understanding of backup and recovery processes and applications and knowledge of systems security and best practices.
• A strong understanding of ITIL practices and project management experience and skills are an asset.
• SQL or Oracle knowledge, strong scripting skills and experience with SAN an asset.
• Previous working experience with ServiceNow.
