Class 3 Driver / crane opertor Job at Foundation Building Materials
Foundation Building Materials (FBM), is currently seeking Crane operators / Class 3 Drivers in Nanaimo, BC.
At FBM we believe that safe, qualified drivers are a very important part of our overall team operation.
Position entails the delivery of drywall, steel, insulation and other materials to residential and commercial sites.
Essential Functions/Qualifications:
- Possess a valid Class 3 (or higher) license
- Crane ticket (B or better) not necessary (training can be provided)
- Physically fit and able to lift 50+ lbs
- The ability to inspect trucks daily and verify that they are loaded and secured properly
- A safe driving record.
- Basic understanding and knowledge of building materials is an asset
- Dependable and great work ethic
