We are currently seeking a professional Class 1 Dedicated Shunt Driver for 2 Days- 2 Nights Shift based in Summerside.

The selected candidate will be a self-starter with a strong work ethic and a "Can Do" attitude.
- Hours: a 4-day rotation of 2 days 0600-1800 and then 2 nights 1800-0600.
- Duties include but not limited to:
- Moving empty and loaded trailers into and out of doors.
- Keeping the yards organized throughout the shifts.
- Do reefer temperature checks, fuel inventory checks and fuel some trailers.
- Reporting damages and trailers that are not working properly to supervisors and washing out empty trailers.
- Education Required: High School or GED.
- Class 1 driver’s license with a minimum of 2 years’ safe tractor driving experience required.
- Clean driver’s abstract and criminal search.
- Good communication skills.
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Able to lift to 75 lbs. using the proper equipment.
- Excellent work ethic and reliability.
- Safety conscious.
