Role Overview & Key Accountabilities:
This role will support a few reporting simplification initiatives to support CP Protection distribution team, providing business analyst and project support accountabilities that will include:

• Support assigned project deliverables to meet the needs of the customer, colleague, and business
• Identify, document, and validate current state processes and work with the business and stakeholders to design the desired future state
• Streamline data consolidation by using tools (excel, Tableau, Python, etc.) automate the reporting processes
• Follow a structured approach to plan, analyze, document, communicate, and manage business requirements with stakeholders
• Take ownership and communicate progress on work packages in a concise and timely manner, escalating issues to manager, partners and project manager where appropriate
• Strategic thinker with an ability to translate data/analysis into key implications in a way that executive audiences can easily digest
• Analyze impacts to key stakeholders, colleagues, processes to achieve business results as assigned
• Provide recommendations and direction based on the end-to-end customer experience
• Provide on-going communication to team, manager, and stakeholders to ensure they are aware of significant changes which impact requirements delivery against the overall project

Knowledge & Skills:

• Adaptability and flexibility in fast-paced work environment
• Proficiency in using MS Office Suite, Tableau are must, knowledge of Python is an asset
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain strong working partnerships
• A strong teammate who can work in partnership and independently
• Able to demonstrate sound judgement, decision-making, critical thinking skills and integrity to handle confidential details with discretion
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multi-task and adapt to change in a fast-paced dynamic environment
• Knowledge of Insurance Credit Protection products is an asset
