We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Concierge/Janitor to join our team in the downtown Montreal area. As the face of our company, you will play a key role in maintaining the high standards of our buildings and ensuring that our tenants receive exceptional customer service. You will be responsible for ensuring that all common areas are kept in pristine condition and for responding to certain tenant requests.

Key Responsibilities:

• Regularly clean common areas
• Perform minor repairs as necessary
• Take out garbage and recycling containers on a weekly schedule
• Respond to tenants' requests and emergencies within the buildings
• Implement security measures
• Inform management of necessary repairs
• Regularly inspect maintenance rooms and systems to ensure proper functionality
• Other assigned tasks as required

Qualifications:

• Prior experience in janitorial, customer service and cleaning
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to handle emergency situations calmly and effectively
• Attention to detail and ability to maintain high standards
• Ability to lift, push, move and carry heavy loads

Salary: $38,830.00-$40,863.00 per year
