Bookkeeping/Administration Job at Key Investment Property Management
Key Investment Property Management Inc is looking to fill a
Bookkeeping/Administration position. We are a family orientated locally operated company looking for someone with a positive attitude and open to new opportunities to join our team.
Work Hours are Monday to Thursday 9am - 5pm and Fridays 9am - 1pm
Wage is dependent on experience.
General Duties include:
- Accounts receivable
- Accounts payable
- Bank reconciliations
- Month-end/Year-end preparation
- Monthly Reporting
- Data entry
- Preparing deposits
- Payment of bills
- Accepting online payments
- Answering phones
- Greeting/working with clients
- Other duties as assigned
- Collections
The ideal candidate will have:
- Experience with Sage 50
- Minimum 2-year bookkeeping experience
- Experience with Microsoft Office (knowledge of Excel is a must)
- Good oral and written communication skills
- Good interpersonal skills
- Good organizational and time management skills
- The ability to work independently or as part of a team
- Effective decision-making skills
- The ability to demonstrate professionalism
- Keen sense of initiative
- must have a positive attitude.
