Brian Cullen Chevrolet Cadillac is looking for a high energy, professional, hard working Body Shop Manager to join our team.
Job Description:
Schedule and manage work flow to ensure repairs are completed in a timely manner
Update customers and Insurance Companies on repair status
Update Insurance Companies with supplemental repairs and possible delays
Monitor efficiency of work and processes to ensure quality of repairs
Process all Insurance Company claims in a timely manner
Maintain all body shop equipment and ensure regular services and maintenance checks are monitored
Effectively coach, train and supervise our Body Shop Team
Qualifications required:
Minimum 5 years experience in the Auto Body Collision industry
Minimum 2 years Body Shop Management experience
Excellent communication and time management skills
Strong computer and leadership skills
