This team creates the foundation for digital transformation across the business and enables cross-functional teams to adopt cutting-edge tools that make their jobs and lives better and easier. The team works closely with many different parts of the business including raw materials, design, development, fit, and merchandising in order to create consistent ways of working. This team executes projects utilizing 3D and other digital tools to enhance decision making.

A day in the life:
- Create colorways in 3D design tools (Browzwear VStitcher & CLO3D) on a seasonal and adhoc request basis
- Create presentations using digital and 3D content utilizing Adobe software and collaborative presentation software (Miro, Office 365)
- Scan fabrics and other raw materials for use in 3D design tools
- Manage digital raw material libraries to ensure consistency across systems and cross-functional teams. Partner closely with fabric and trim development teams
- Maintain digital libraries through file naming, file tagging, file uploading, and file clean up.
- Support the creation of standards and tutorials for 3D users by collecting examples, images, and other forms of digital content.
- Track projects by utilizing consistent documentation and working closely with cross-functional teams to track inputs and calendar dates
- 2+ years of experience in apparel industry (as it relates to 3D), Digital Product Design and/or 3D Product Animation or Graphic formally recognized education
- Experience in Browzwear, Clo3, and/or other CAD programs
- Experience in Patternmaking, Gerber, and Adobe Suite is an asset
- Strong team player/collaborator, able to work cross-functionally
- Able to work against tight deadlines
- Attention to detail, initiative, strong verbal, and written communication skills
- Ability to follow direction, manage multiple tasks, and highlight competing priorities to manager
- Fundamental knowledge of rendering, simulating, mapping, fabric draping, modelling, and texturizing
- Skilled at technical communication with cross-functional partners
- Self-motivated and has a collaborative mindset
- Ability to work and thrive in a cross-functional team environment
- Excellent time management, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Curiosity for change and learning; capable of managing ambiguity
