Administrative Support Job at Southern Ontario Dental College
Southern Ontario Dental College provides students with a professional learning environment that promotes the highest standards of Dental Health Education while promoting the importance of ongoing education and research.
Administrative Support duties include:
- Support the College Director and Registrar with daily tasks
- Ensure all SODC policies and procedures are maintained
- Support the development of major and minor projects for the College
- Photography for College events
- Maintain the social media and website, including weekly posts and updates to gain interest in our College
Skills and Qualifications
- Teamplayer and ability to work independently when needed
- Strong ability to multi-task
- Sufficient in Microsoft Excel and Word
- Decent knowledge in technology
- Basic skills in photography and social media
- Experience with administrative work
- Knowledge in Human Resources is an asset
Salary pay.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: $20.00-$27.00 per hour
