Southern Ontario Dental College provides students with a professional learning environment that promotes the highest standards of Dental Health Education while promoting the importance of ongoing education and research.

Administrative Support duties include:

  • Support the College Director and Registrar with daily tasks
  • Ensure all SODC policies and procedures are maintained
  • Support the development of major and minor projects for the College
  • Photography for College events
  • Maintain the social media and website, including weekly posts and updates to gain interest in our College

Skills and Qualifications

  • Teamplayer and ability to work independently when needed
  • Strong ability to multi-task
  • Sufficient in Microsoft Excel and Word
  • Decent knowledge in technology
  • Basic skills in photography and social media
  • Experience with administrative work
  • Knowledge in Human Resources is an asset

Salary pay.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: $20.00-$27.00 per hour

Schedule:

  • 8 hour shift
  • Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • ANCASTER, ON: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

Education:

  • Bachelor's Degree (required)

Experience:

  • Administrative experience: 1 year (preferred)
