Administrative Assistant Job at TCO Cert
This position will start as part-time with the possibility to grow to full-time as the incumbent learns and becomes more able to contribute.
Attention to detail and problem solving skills

Excellent time management skills and ability to both multi-task and prioritize work
Knowledge of operation of standard office equipment
Knowledge of clerical and administrative procedures and systems such as filing and record keeping
Knowledge of principles and practices of basic office management
Flexibility
Office Admin diploma/certificate preferred
Website management skills preferred
Social Media/Marketing skills preferred
Good computers skills, particularly MS Office required
Answer telephones, direct calls
Database entries
Assist other staff as required
General housekeeping duties
Other duties as assigned

Salary: $15.00-$20.00 per hour
