Administrative Assistant 8 Job at The Ottawa Hospital
Position Information
Temporary until approximately December 2, 2023.
Rotation/Shifts
Days (Mornings), 4 hour shfits.
Basic Requirements
- Post-Secondary Diploma in a Secretarial Program or an equivalent combination of education and experience;
- Previous secretarial /administrative experience;
- Advanced level of Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint;
- Working knowledge of SMS;
- Keyboarding 45 wpm;
- Knowledge of interdepartmental services;
- Highly developed oral and written communication skills;
- Excellent interpersonal and customer relations skills;
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Proficiency in English and French – oral expression (advanced level) and comprehension (advanced level).
